Dr. Devin Croft, DDS, MS
An orthodontic specialist and West Valley local who takes time to listen, explains every option in plain English, and treats his patients like neighbors, because they are.
Rooted in the West Valley
Dr. Croft grew up in Glendale and graduated from Ironwood High School, so opening a practice in Peoria felt like coming home. Many of his patients are families he's gotten to know over years of check-ups, adjustments and braces-off celebrations.
A specialist's training
Dr. Croft stayed in state for college, earning a bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Arizona. After earning his dental degree at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Croft went on to complete specialty training in orthodontics at Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry, along with a master's degree in oral biology. That extra training is what sets an orthodontist apart from a general dentist who offers braces.
His approach
Dr. Croft believes you should understand your treatment as well as he does. He'll show you your scans, explain what he sees, and give you honest options, including when the simpler choice is the better one.
Beyond straight teeth
Dr. Croft is also deeply involved in dental sleep medicine and TMD care. He's a Diplomate of the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines, and he treats sleep apnea and snoring with custom oral appliances, working alongside his patients' physicians. It's a big part of why so many adults, not just kids, call Vistancia Orthodontics their practice.
Outside the office
Dr. Croft is a big hockey fan who follows both the Utah Mammoth and the Minnesota Wild, and he's a loyal Arizona Wildcats fan come football and basketball season. In his spare time, you'll find him at a concert or curled up with a good book.

This device Dr. Croft made for me has changed my life completely. It's coming up on one year, and my sleep quality has changed 100 percent… The adjustment period was a couple of weeks, but the end result is almost immeasurable. Dr. Croft is an outstanding orthodontist. My daughter's teeth were a bit complicated. He gave us a couple of options… We chose the second option and my daughter's teeth turned out amazing. Another important factor is that he didn't try to rip us off when getting a quote for the braces.
